Missouri Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid-funded program that allows eligible individuals to self-direct their personal care services. With Heritage CDS, you stay in control—choosing your caregiver, setting your schedule, and directing daily care needs—while we manage the administrative responsibilities required by the program.

Remain independent at home

Who Can Be an Attendant?
Family member or friend (excluding spouse or legal guardian)
